A beautiful home located in the prestigious Palisades subdivision of Sedona perched above Oak Creek. We live upstairs and are sharing the lower level of our personal home with guests. It is a self contained apartment complete with a master bedroom and bathroom, a full kitchen, living room & laundry room with washer/dryer. Just a short walk from the house is a swimming hole on Oak Creek. The red rock views are spectacular from the home and a beautiful pond with turtles and fish are just outside the entrance. Enjoy the restful sounds of the waterfall and small creek from the upper pond to the lower pond. Abundant hiking, galleries, shops and restaurants are nearby in this internationally known town.
The main entrance is through the sliding glass door on the lower level. A walkway from the driveway down to the entrance has about six steps but is otherwise flat. The master bedroom includes an ensuite bathroom with Jacuzzi tub. The living room with gas fireplace also includes a full-size professional pool table. A full kitchen and laundry room with washer/dryer are included. Off street parking is available in driveway parking area. The base price includes up to four people.
We live upstairs and have a purebred Golden retriever. She loves to greet visitors and shares the garden space. Sedona is a dark sky city and the night sky is beautiful for star gazing, viewing the milky way and the planets.
