About this house rental
Waterfront home, located at (Easement) Recanto das Dálias No. 1605, Daniela Beach, 25 meters from the water without crossing the street, with ocean views from every room in the house, a glass-enclosed balcony with a barbecue and pantry, functional, comfortable, furnished, air conditioning in all rooms, hot water supplied by both electricity and solar power, and an alarm system with monitoring.
The first floor features a 4-car garage, laundry room, beach equipment, kayaks, 1 bathroom, and 3 cold-water showers.
Upstairs there is: - A living room with two separate areas, HD digital cable TV and high-speed Internet, DVD player, stereo, and ceiling fan; a kitchen with a panoramic dining area, bar, balcony, microwave, frost-free double-door refrigerator, freezer, and TV; - A panoramic glass-enclosed balcony with a barbecue, table, and granite pantry; - and four bedrooms (one en suite) and 2 additional bathrooms. It features 3 double beds in air-conditioned bedrooms and two single bedrooms with air conditioning, as well as spacious mattresses.
On the 3rd floor, there is a living room and a terrace with an unobstructed ocean view, complete with a shower.
It can accommodate 8 to 10 people (couples).
Now, the summer home is also a winter home: a luxurious, sunny panoramic balcony featuring a barbecue and a pantry.

We all enjoyed our vacation very much, the house is great, in a quiet neighborhood, people are nice, the beach not crowded. I love the climate, hot and humid, the environment is amazing, beautiful. Of course, not everyone enjoys that climate but I will go back. Hédio is very nice too. Next time we go, we will carry less clothes, and more anti mosquito spray :-) . It is necessary to have a car, Praia Daniela does not have a supermarket, and if you want to go to restaurants, etc., Canasvieiras and Juraré are near but need a car to go there.
