O Sr. Leonidas foi muito educado e simpático. A estrutura da casa é maravilhosa, perto da praia, mas a casa estava extremamente suja, com muitas baratas e formigas. Faltam utensílios de cozinha e os lá existentes estavam em péssimas condições de uso. O alarme da casa ao lado disparava sem parar e incomodou bastante. Tivemos um problema com um aparelho de ar condicionado que foi resolvido quase que instantaneamente.

Passamos, eu e minha família, 04 noites no imóvel. Residência ampla, acomodou muito bem 13 pessoas. Os proprietários são pessoas ótimas, nos atenderam super bem e nos deram apoio sempre quando precisamos. Muito obrigada pela estada!

Passamos uma semana excelente nesta casa! Tudo 100% de acordo como prometido, e conforme imagens e dados do site. Local calmo, muito próximo ao Mar. Fomos Muito bem recebidos e orientados pelo Sr. Leônidas. Com certeza uma excelente escolha!

Excelente imóvel! Passamos o Carnaval em 6 casais e só temos elogios a fazer. A casa é exatamente como no anúncio e o proprietário, Sr. Leônidas, foi nos receber, extremamente atencioso e cumpre exatamente os termos do contrato. Recebemos o imóvel e a piscina muito limpos! Como no anúncio, encontra-se a 50m da praia!! Certamente retornaremos!
