Location is amazing and overall ambient is relaxing. Great view on Dvoslap waterfall. Breakfast was basic and ok.

The bed sheets are too small and barely cover the mattress and can't be tucked. It moves quickly so you end up sleeping on bare mattress and it is not hygienic at all.

Location right on the river. Spa. Nice room with a lovely view.

everything great except: jacuzzi not working and “short” bed sheet covering the mattress (should use fitted or longer sheets)

Kudos to the housekeeping team, as they maintain the spaces neat clean. The only staff member I can praise is the main housekeeper—she’s super sweet and respectful.

For a 4-star hotel, the BREAKFAST variety is utterly poor; the so-called GYM has two machines that aren’t working and when you look at it, it seems that they “made” a gym for the sake of doing it and justifying a star; the BEDS are rather too soft, giving you this restless feeling waking up; they’re not checking their BED SHEETS and TOWELS, as they come with holes and color spots (food, most likely); the LOBBY STAFF is horrible and not customer-oriented (the only exception was a kind young man working the night shift on 23.07.26.). Overall, it is a pleasant stay, with the BIG minuses of detrimental staff (with the two exceptions previously mentioned) and one of the poorest breakfast buffet ever.
