With its elevated setting, the apartment provides stunning panoramic views, making it the perfect spot to watch the fishing boats and pleasure craft come and go.From the living area guests can step out onto the furnished patio, to soak up the picturesque scenery of Looe River, the harbour, and beyond. Whether enjoying your morning coffee or unwinding with a glass of wine in the evening, the ever-changing waterscape makes for a truly relaxing experience.The open-plan lounge, kitchen, and dining area is thoughtfully furnished to ensure a cosy stay. A Smart TV allows guests to log into their own streaming accounts, and a Blu-ray DVD player is also provided for entertainment. The well-equipped kitchen features everything you need to prepare meals, with fresh local seafood available from Looe’s fish market just a short stroll away.The master bedroom, overs the river and offers a comfortable double bed and whilst the second bedroom has a single bed, making the apartment ideal for a couple, small family, or friends. The rooms are complemented by a family bathroom and a separate en suite shower room for added convenience. The beach at Hannafore, known for its rock pools and coastal views, is a 6-7 minute walk away.Free roadside parking is available approximately a 6 - 7 minute from the apartment. Pay-and-display parking is available on the quayside for shorter stays or the Millpool public car park, offers longer-term parking and is about 10 minutes on foot.Due to its elevated position, access to the apartment block is via a steep walkway, which may not be suitable for guests with mobility concerns.

Lovely flat. Great view, warm comfortable and clean. Up steep slope though so not suitable if this would be a problem. Shower in en suite small and step to get into the cubicle

Amazing views over the harbor couldn’t get enough. Well equipped clean spacious, can’t fault it in anyway. Up hill, so not for unfit. Well worth the up hill hike.
