About this house rental
Whitsand is a penthouse apartment with uninterrupted views over the river, beach, coastline and bay in Looe.
Accommodation comprises a modern kitchen fully fitted with all the mod cons and a lounge dining area with soft seating for four, TV and DVD player, dining table and four chairs. This room enjoys the lovely river and sea views from the bay style window. There are two en suite bedrooms, the master bedroom again enjoying the views which has shower room and the second twin bedroom where the en suite has a bath with electric shower over.
Just a short stroll from the beach at Hannafore and less than a five minute walk to the coastal path which leads through Talland Bay and on to Polperro the location of this apartment is great. The centre of West Looe can be reached within 5 minutes on foot and then it is a walk over the bridge or a trip across the river on the ferry to the hustle and bustle of East Looe. Guests will enjoy watching the comings and goings on the river from this modern apartment.There is a reserved parking space to the rear of the building for a small sized car. There are several flights of steep stone steps from the parking area down to the property and internal stairs.
