Good price-value stay close to nice beaches and places of interest. Next-door there is a good restaurant.

In the neigbourhood there was no grocery shop, the local had been closed for a while.

Great place with good pricing well located for short trips

The owner was on site when we arrived, he was always reachable, extremely friendly and helpful. He even gave our daughter a little birthday gift! We were in the Deluxe Apartment Nr. 6, south side, a meter above the ground level. Apartment is located in a very quiet area. This big apartment was in great condition and very clean, it had great quality furniture, amazing washroom, good kitchen, very high ceiling, great beds, couch and satellite TV the air conditioning worked perfectly. The refrigerator / freezer was huge, and the was a surprise inside! Tons of balconies around the apartment and the front table for ourselves. The wi-fi worked great everywhere in the apartment. Our kids loved to play with the owner's kitten. Short drive to many beaches with crystal clear water or the city Pula, aquarium etc. Always was free parking next to entrance.

An oven would have been practical (a little electric one was in there) shared wash machine

Super nice studio

We were so lucky to find this studio for our stay in Pomer. The place is super cosy and comfortable. You will find everything you need in the studio, including dishwashing machine and coffee maker. The bed and matrass are also very comfortable. The hosts do really care about your experience and I will definitely recommend this place to everyone going to this area.

BEST SUNSET VIEW IN THE WORLD

JUST LIKE THE NAME OF THE PROPERTY...THE SUNSET WAS JUST AMAZING THERE ALSO THERE WAS A SINGLE TREE WITH A BENCH IN THE FRONTYARD THAT MAKES THAT MOMENT EVEN MORE MAGIC

Quiteness,it was the perfect spot for vacations. Cant wait for my next trip in pomer during the summer and i'll book this place again deffinately. 10 points to this place,owner was great too.

Perfect

The owners and the staff were very kind, friendly and helpful. The inside of the apartment is extremely clean, very modern and has everything one needs for a very comfortable stay. The pretty terrace was a big plus. The location is perfect, it's super close to the beach and to The One Restaurant (where we had some delicious lunch and dinners). It's also close to Medulin, Pula, Prematura and Kamenjak. I would definitely stay here again!

Just amazing

It was a pleasure to spend a couple of days in this property.the staff and owners were very friendly and dedicated to their customers to have a pleasant stay.apartments were very modern in furnitures and super clean.also 500 mt from this property was THE ONE RESTAURANT...we had lunch and dinner during all our stay in Pomer.especially the dinners are magic,in front of the sea,nice wine and music. Best deal in pomer,highly recomend Haus sunset and The one restaurant
