Soggiorno positivo

Appartamento essenziale, forse un po’ piccolo se si pianifica di passarci parecchi giorni, ma per poche notti é sufficiente. Posizione in una zona tranquilla ma a pochi minuti di auto sia da Pola che da ristoranti e altri punti di interesse.

Forse l’appartamento avrebbe bisogno di qualche miglioria nello stile e nei dettagli, non abbiamo avuto nessun problema, ma sicuramente alzerebbe la valutazione di chi ci alloggia.

Molto comoda la posizione per muoversi verso diverse mete Gentilissima la proprietaria

Non è un appartamento e una stanza con angolo cottura . Mancavano punti d appoggio per qualsiasi cosa Bagno con lavandino che stava per staccarsi , idem le ante della doccia, non ci sono porta asciugamani Cucina con pochissimi attrezzi e frigo piccolissimo Letto con materasso nuovo molto pulito ma reti ricoperte di cartone che cadevano da una parte Mancava il necessario per le pulizie Secondo piano con scale molto alte

Ugodan smestaj za 2 osobe, balkon za vecernji ugodjaj, parking veliki u hladovini, blizina lepe plaže u kampu Arena One sa slobodnim ulazom, prirodnim hladom i dostupnim svim sadržajima za celodnevni boravak

Nemam primedbe samo jedna preporuka da se dopuni ponuda u smestaju sa 2 kesice instant kafe i čaja i flaša vode u frižideru za prvi dan boravka dok se gosti snadju za nabavku

Nice garden but everything else needs replacing/renovation

Poorly equipped with old stuff. Only nice/new looking is the front of the house, everything else is used old stuff. Would be nice to add in the kitchen some basic stuff like salt,oil. Got only one half roll of toilet paper.

Other property canceled on us on a short notice, so we had to find a substitution and it was a bit dissapointing. Payed

Nice looking house from the outside.

Small and crowded. Very loud with other guests around. No private parking but a shared one. We got a half of a toilet paper and no sponge nor soap for dishes. We dont hate cats but with a our dog around we had hard time going out with him.

Klidná oblast obce. Skvělé vychodisko pro cyklovylety po zalivech jižní Istrie. Rozkvetlá zahrada, o kterou pečuje matka majitelky.

Vybavení má nejlepší za sebou. Pokoj měl oproti popisu výhled do ulice místo do zahrady. Parkování je 100m od domu na louce za vesnicí. Na pokoji nebyly oproti popisu toaletní potřeby ani toaletní papír. Vybavení kuchyně rovněž dost pokulhávalo. Skleničky na víno ani vývrtku nečekejte. Postel šířky 140cm má pro 2 daleko od komfortu i do uvedených 150cm+. Koupelna by zasloužila rekonstrukci. Sprchový kout i obě baterie čínské výroby jsou hlučné a dávno po smrti. Jediný odpadkový koš, byl jen otevřený plastový koš v koupelně.

Freundlicher Empfang, unkomplizierte Abwicklung, gute Klimaanlage, tolle Hausfassade, schöne Wände in der Wohnung, große Terrasse da Erdgeschoss. Alles Vorhanden was man braucht. Gaze an der Balkontür.

Etwas mehr Spinnenweben wegmachen, Gaze vor den Fenstern wären auch schön.

We most definitely will be back and stay with Helena :-)

Helena and her family were most kind and friendly! We spent a delightful time with them and shared a lot of laughs :-D We had aircondition, parking space, small but well equipped kitchen, balcony with a small table and laundry rack, bathroom and bed room with everything you need for a vacation at the beach. The appartement was spic and span! There's a good restaurant across the street and more to discover nearby - self-washing service, gocery shop, pharmacy, gas station, bancomat, coffee shop and fruit/vegetable vendor within 3 minutes by car. The closest beach in 10 minutes walking distance and beautyful bathing areas can be discovered in Pula, Kamenjak and Rovinj by car.

All in all, we really enjoyed our stay at Goga Apartments.

The host was super responsive and flexible regarding the time of check-in and check-out. The apartment was nice, clean and well equipped. All in all, we really enjoyed our stay at Goga Apartments, and should we ever return to Pomer, we would definitely like to stay there again.

The only thing we found strange during our stay was missing bin in the apartment - we had to collect our garbage in the plastic bag from our grocery shopping.
