This first floor 2 bedroom and 2 bath property sleeps 7. King Beautyrest bed in the master, 2 Full/Doubble beds in the second bedroom, and sleeper sofa with memory foam mattress. It is ideally located on the ground level (unit 1134) and is in very close proximity to the boardwalk, grill and main pool. Savor the gorgeous gulf view and all the features of this condo like the well-appointed kitchen.
Stress-free beachfront, bayfront and golf course (Kiva Dunes) - oriented condominiums provide a backdrop for relaxation at Fort Morgan, Alabama. A wealth of amenities such as pools, hot tubs, saunas, and even an on-site restaurant and spa create treasured memories. You’ll enjoy more than just a room with the convenient bonus of a fully equipped kitchen, living area and balconies in addition to private bedrooms and baths.
Rentals subject to a 7 night, Saturday to Saturday booking from March through October.

It was very easy to book the trip, pay the bill, and access the unit. We had no reason to contact the owner or anyone for assistance. The only reason I gave a 4 out of 5 stars is that there is no shade anywhere on the property, no umbrellas anywhere. I don't know if you're allowed to bring your own umbrella for the pool, but if you want a reprieve from the sun in the afternoon, there is none. The pools were comfortable, but some tables with umbrellas would have made a huge difference for us. That would have turned the 4, to a 5 out of 5 stars.

This beach condo is absolutely perfect.Very convenient and well equipped for a great stay. The first floor location is perfect.Close to parking, and a short walk to the pool and the beautiful beach.We really enjoyed sitting on the pool side porch. Perfect spot for sitting in the shade for morning coffee and people watching.Everything you want for a relaxing vacation is here at John and Lisa’s beach condo. We will definitely be back . This is our second time back and it was just as wonderful as the first time! We had a wonderful stay and even though it was summer this time the beach was still not that busy. We had a great time!

The is the 2nd time we have stayed in this very condo. The location is PRIME for us! The beach is never too crowded, and this condo being on the first floor, and right by the boardwalk and pool - is perfect!! The owners are so kind and quick to respond!
This year, we were very disappointed in the “cleaning” that had been done prior to our arrival. We spoke with the owner and he got the cleaners to come back quickly!! Also, the beds are very firm and rather loud when someone rolls over but we tolerate that for the location. The microwave sits very crookedly - probably needs to be reinstalled properly. I fixed the lamp beside the king bed because it was almost falling apart - needed tightened. The visible baseboards and fans need a good cleaning or even just a wipe down. There was also sand along the edges of most of the walls. The towels are very rough and some had hair laundered into them. All of this was manageable compared to the location of this condo!! We will likely book again in the future - we just know ahead of time that our backs will hurt from the bed ahead of time. Haha!
