The space was clean, although some of the cookware needed a wash before use. Not dirty dishes, but maybe not everything washed off in the dishwasher. Great beach access and great price for the condo. Everything exactly as listed. Would stay here again!

This was our third time to rent this condo! We love it every time. Great location and easy walk to the beach and pool! We will be back!

Fort Morgan is my favorite…..The condo was clean and smelled nice when we checked in. Check-in was easy so we could head right to the beach! This is the first time we were on ground level and it was so nice to skip the elevator!Sassy Bass is yummy and it’s right there! We had drinks and dinner the first night. It was perfect! The little coffee shop is adorable and the food is delicious. The kids did a little bible study there a couple of mornings. It’s called “Selah”.The Condo is furnished to the max, and the layout is perfect! The shower was nice and the beds were comfortable. I would stay here again. We loved it! It’s like having a house on the beach for a reasonable price. We also talked the the grounds keeper “Tom” each morning. It’s such a pleasant, relaxing place. I don’t think I can go anywhere else!

We had another wonderful vacation. We look forward to this location every year. Jackie Battles has always been very helpful and our rental was again perfect. The only negative is that we leave too soon. I hope one day to spend 2 weeks. Driving from Ohio it just seems like we arrive, get situated, and it is time to leave. Thanks again for a wonderful stay.
