This large 2 bedroom, 2.5 bath condo is located in the amazing Belvoir building, an incredible OCEANFRONT building at Grand Caribe Resort.

2nd Floor condo unit is almost 2000 square feet and features a large living space, comfortably accommodating four guests at standard rates. The unit can accommodate two additional guests on a pull out couch, but additional guests 13 years of age or older will be charged $50 per night per guest. .

PAYMENT AND CANCELLATION POLICY:

A deposit equal to one half of the booking is required at the time of booking.
Remaining balance is due 30 days prior to arrival date.
Full payment is required if reservation is made within 30 days of arrival date.

Full refund if cancelled 30+ days prior to arrival date.
No refund if cancelled within 30 days prior to arrival date.

There are no refunds for no shows, late arrival or early departure including reasons such as medical emergencies, airline delays, strikes, weather or other acts of God.
