A deposit equal to two nights plus tax is required at the time of booking, with the remaining balance due 30 days prior to the arrival date. Full refunds will be issued if the reservation is canceled 15 or more days before arrival. If canceled within 14 days or less prior to arrival, a 50% refund will be provided. No refunds will be issued for cancellations made within 2 days of arrival. Additionally, there are no refunds for no-shows, late arrivals, or early departures, including reasons such as medical emergencies, airline delays, strikes, weather, or other acts of God. We strongly encourage purchasing travel insurance.

Beautiful unit! Everything was clean and comfortable! Great location and the resort was very nice. The staff are great and very helpful. The unit was perfect for our group of 3 on our girls trip. Everyone enjoyed their room and bathroom. Water pressure and internet could have been stronger, but everyone had what they needed to be comfortable and enjoy our stay.

Overall this property is amazing and from what we could tell the best on the island. We were 6 adults traveling together. Be aware there was not an elevator and this condo is on the 3rd floor. Not a problem for us, but could be for someone else. It was very nice they deliver your suitcases to the condo and pick them up when you leave, so no hauling yourself. We did rent a golf cart from Grand Caribe so we did travel the island quite a bit and determined we were at the best place. I would say the area is not real walkable so a golf cart is a necessity. Condo is close to town and many restaurants. This condo is close to everything. First night there we were pretty sure the sheets weren't changed in the master bedroom, but the cleaning staff handled it immediately. Our only issue (which not a big deal) was washer/dryer were advertised, but you aren't allowed to use them. You have to use their laundry service--which was excellent. Put your clothes out in the morning and by afternoon they were washed and folded. We all had a few things we would've preferred to wash on our own and not give to a laundry service. We did do a couple excursions which the concierge set up. The service was always the best. Overall, this place was fabulous and everyone in our party was happy!
