Lo espacioso de la casa, las vistas y el silencio del entorno.
No hay quejas; solo echamos de menos unas pinzas de la ropa y no disponer de una escoba para recoger cosillas que se puedan caer al suelo.

Het uitzicht (als er geen mist was). Bovenverdieping erg comfortabel, benedenverdieping (slaapkamers) erg vochtig.
De vochtigheid in de woning, maar dat komt door de ligging hoog op heuvel aan de oceaan. Tevens was de keuken niet helemaal schoon bij aankomst. Badkamer heeft last van de vochtigheid.
