This unit is perfectly located. We could sit on the porch and watch the kids at the pool, and we enjoyed the view past the pool of the docks and water. The walk to the beach is so easy, and the chairs and umbrellas from the property are abundant. Unit itself was comfortable and had everything we need except laundry (but we knew that when we booked).

We had a fabulous stay in Sanibel! The condo was very nice, well furnished and equipped, and very comfortable! A few very minor things when we first checked in which management took care of immediately. Overall we love the place and we will be back.!

Love the Sanibel Moorings but would not recommend this unit. Bathrooms were outdated, nowhere to store food in the kitchen, closet door fell off the track in the middle of the night. Unit needs updating for the money paid to rent it.
