Loved the location on Sanibel, ocean view, dockside pool and parking. Andi was very responsive to every concern. The beach and pool were the highlight for our grandchildren. The unit itself was a spacious 3 bedroom that was a great fit for our family. However the furniture is tired, the carpets soiled and thin and both in need of replacement. In fact I did fall through one living room chair! All lower units are going to be brand new, beautifully furnished and totally updated. Our unit was an upper unit that definitely needs TLC to compete with these lower unit upgrades. Small things do make a difference so rusty coffee pots, lack of cookie sheets. A bathroom faucet that doesn’t work and a set of mixing bowls count. Despite these setbacks our family loves their vacation and created very fond memories.

Sanibel Moorings is THE place to stay on the island and it was sooo good to be back!! Though still in the recovery process, our stay was exemplary. Were the grounds as beautiful... no, but they will return. Was there construction noise... surprisingly very little. Our condo was beautiful and spacious. The beach was simply nirvana. No complaints from this guest!! It was great to be home!
