Cabanas Jardim & Ria

Excelente estadia. O local é espetacular, com uma vista incrível para o sapal e um espaço exterior muito agradável. A casa tem uma arquitetura antiga muito bonita, é funcional e está equipada com tudo o que é necessário. A piscina tem o tamanho ideal para relaxar. O anfitrião foi impecável, sempre disponível, atencioso e facilitador em tudo o que precisámos. Recomendamos.

A única área que poderia ser melhorada é a manutenção geral da casa e a limpeza dos espaços exteriores. Nada que tenha comprometido a nossa estadia, mas alguns cuidados adicionais tornariam a experiência ainda mais agradável.

Locatie was prachtig, airco's waren erg prettig. Grote slaapkamers en een prachtig zwembad. Dichtbij supermarkt.

Location is nice, superb view! Check-in was easy. Having air conditioning was a PLUS. Good and comfy beds!

Cleaning standard: below my expectations Kitchen appliances: OK, but we missed some basic stuff such as kitchen cloths and towels Bathroom: no toilet paper, we had enough for the 1st day only The house in general is lacking maintenance, it's a pity!

Villa Jardim & Ria is a comfortable house with a superb location on a large plot of land with an uninterrupted view of the river and estuary to the front and Tavira in the far distance. The house was recently renovated and is light and airy but has a slightly “bare” interior (no curtains or wall decorations), but no doubt this will be fixed as part of the transition. All essentials are present, including airconditioning/heating, wifi and kitchen appliances. Beds were very comfortable. The owner Pedro was very helpful and accommodating, quickly responding to questions we had. We will certainly consider coming back!

A minor issue is occasional nightly barking of one of the neighbour’s dogs, but we realise this is an inevitable part of the Iberian country life folklore.
