Arcadia Bungalow - VERY COMFORTABLE Tempur-Pedic Beds, NEWLY REMODEL

Everything about this place was great. Well equipped, well maintained, great location and great host. Very comfortable place to stay in the Arcadia area

I was so happy to stay at the Arcadia bungalow for my birthday trip to Scottsdale. It was the perfect location and I enjoyed exploring the neighborhood and local grocery stories, eateries, etc. I enjoyed a quick ride into old town Scottsdale when needed, and it wasn't far from the baseball spring training games I attended.Perry was a great host, very communicative and attentive towards any needs or questions I had. He had so many great little details and touches to the place and went above and beyond to make my stay a great one. I appreciated him giving me an early check in. The bungalow was clean and the beds were so comfortable, it made it hard to leave my little Scottsdale oasis. I hope to return to this Arcadia bungalow soon!

We arrived on a day that it was raining, and Perry helped us get in a little earlier than check in time. The appointments in the house are wonderful I.e. thick absorbent towels, a well stocked kitchen with great appliances We were very happy while enjoying Phoenix.

My wife and booked a stay at this property for the first week in October. The booking process was easy and I was contacted by the owner, Perry, within a few hours to ask if I had any questions and to also offer to have a bottle of wine or six pack of my favorite beer at the house....what a nice touch. Our first impression upon checking in (we'd driven 11 hours from the San Francisco area) was how clean the home was. In today's environment of Covid, we felt very safe given how clean the house was.The house was so well stocked in was unbelievable. In addition, the kitchen was outfitted with top end Viking appliances that were....yes....spotlessly clean. Wifi was strong in all parts of the house and the three televisions worked perfectly. The backyard was like a park, with 4 stunningly tall and pretty palm trees to remind us that, yes, we were in the desert! In addition to the palm trees, there was a big shade tree that cooled the backyard during the hotter hours of the day. At 4pm, in 102 degree temps, my wife and I comfortably sat outside and enjoyed drinks and dinner on the patio. Perry has a very detailed binder with instructions and also local recommendations from bars and restaurants to grocery stores, along with accurate distances to each. The house is perfectly located in an area with many fantastic restaurants that we utilized for take out due to Covid. The surrounding neighborhood was clean, quiet and well kept. Many young families lived in the surrounding blocks and we enjoyed walking our dog and enjoying all the Halloween decorations. We also rented bikes and cycled the nearby canal from the Camelback area all the way up to North Scottsdale.....very peaceful and relaxing.Bottom line, this house is fantastic and five stars do not do it justice. We will be returning.Thank you Perry for providing a wonderful experience.
