About this apartment rental
Located in the heart of Arcadia just a few hundred yards away from popular La Grande Orange and Postino is a comfortable 2-bedroom condo. This unit is fitted with a great outdoor patio, shower, queen bed in the master and standard in the guest with pool access. The living area is quiet with a brand new Restoration Hardware couch, wine fridge and fully stocked kitchen for those that want to cook. Includes pool access and covered parking as well.
This is a great place that is central to everywhere walking distance with the airport less than a 10-minute drive with Biltmore 5 minutes away, North Scottsdale 15 minutes and almost anything else you want to do (hiking, walks) within 5 minutes.
This is not an active rental and is my personal home when I am in Phoenix so my neighbors are friends and its important that we have mature, responsible guests - no parties.
Dogs are allowed with a pet fee of $200.
