The balcony is furnished and includes umbrellas and evening solar lighting.

The guest bedroom also features a California king bed and is connected to a shared Jack-and-Jill bathroom.
Third Bedroom / Office
The third bedroom offers flexibility as either a guest room or home office and includes a queen-size sleeper sofa.

Smoking or vaping is not permitted inside the home. To help preserve a smoke-free environment for the owners and future guests, smoking anywhere on the property is discouraged. Any evidence of smoking, including lingering odors, may result in additional cleaning or damage charges.
For everyone's safety and security, all guests must be registered prior to arrival. Only registered guests are permitted to stay overnight.
