USPS dropped off an order and placed in Villas mailbox. Mgr came then next evening and retrieved package and brought it to the bills. Great Customer Service Thanks for everything.

The tvs in the bdrms were difficult to manage, trying to access channels. The unit is good size so it worked well for 5 guys down for a week of spring baseball. It is a little worn. It would be helpful if specific instructions for the tvs were left. The living rm tv was hooked to cable and that was fine. I had trouble in an upstairs bdrm with the wifi when a couple others were online.

Everything is exactly as expected and accurately described in the listing. We had a really great time there. Even got a surprise fire works show. Don’t know who did it or why but it was cool! Bedroom bathroom layout was perfect for what we needed. Communication was excellent and all questions answered. Overall A. We will be back again sometime.

The condo is old and dated and needs many upgrades to include: new carpets(throw rugs were used to cover worn and stained carpet), new tile(throw carpets were used to cover where tile was broken and coming apart), new HVAC(downstairs cold, upstairs hot), new bath tubs(they were dirty, stained, moldy and rusted), repairs made to glass sliding door(inoperable and held together by duct tape, black mold present). Repairs and maintenance have been ignored and need to be addressed.

We arrived and found condo easily. Once the door was opened we were hit with an awful odor and the unit is very hot (91 on thermostat). We got air going and found the odor was two unplugged refrigerators in kitchen. I wrote a note to the host and he couldn’t have been worse. He stated that the dust was because no one had been in the unit for 2 months ( we had to clean the house before anything else could happen. The dust was a thick layer and it was everywhere). The host then responded again to say “you can move the fridge outside “ then he fired another snarky text stating “ better that you take it home, consider it a gift”. There were a couple more short and not helpful comments. Once the condo was down to 75 and we’d exhausted all the air freshener’s and knew not to open the fridge the odor was livable. Nice unit minus the odor and 2 months of dust. Don Young

A few friends of mine like to go see the spring training games every year. However, this year we missed the baseball but made up by playing 2 great golf courses right next to this house. The house as perfect for us, great amount of room, everything we needed and more. The owner's communication was very responsive and courteous. I would stay here again with friends or with my family in a heartbeat.

Carpet had stains all over the house, covered somewhat by numerous area rugs. Unused large refrigerator next to the kitchen breakfast bar.. not clean. Sliding doors taped with duct tape on the edges… could not open the doors.

My family and I spent thanksgiving week here and truly enjoyed it. Spacious for our family of 6. The lake is beautiful and the location is close to downtown and other sites for leisure and fun. Communication with the owner was easy and helpful for small needs during our stay. Overall a great experience.

Property worked very well for our group. Location was perfect and the villa was able to accommodate our group. Two suggestions I would like to make are 1) the shower in the queen bedroom is very slippery and some kind of no slip material would be good. 2) the sliding glass door in the dining room needs to be repaired to have better access to grilling.. Otherwise the villa was perfect

This place was perfect for our needs. We would definitely stay here again. There was plenty of room, towels, extra blankets and pillows. The beds were comfortable. The kitchen is well stocked. We enjoyed the patio for grilling and just sitting out there to relax.

There is some kind of lawsuit between the hotel/resort and the condo owners so you can not canoe, play tennis, swim (without sneaking in), play ping pong - nothing. the volleyball court pictured has been paved over and there was a hot tub listed that doesn't exist. I feel like we would not be out of line to ask for a full refund but we only asked for a 15% refund because we did like the condo. The entire resort atmosphere was missing completely. He is refusing to give us a partial refund and to update his listing saying that at some point the lawsuit will be settled and he will be able to offer them again. Very disappointed in the deception of the posting.

We were pleased with the cleanliness and location. The size and layout allowed privacy for our sons to work on line. We all enjoyed walks around the lake and the sunrise views from the master bedroom window. Privacy and quiet were wonderful aspects of our stay and we used the two patios often.

My family and I had a wonderful stay at the Villa! The spacious floor plan made working from home easy for my wife, our daughter (school) and me. The property owner responded very quickly to all communication and was very accommodating to our extended stay between selling and buying our home. Further, allowing pets, made this Villa the best option for us! If a local stay is necessary again, we'll definitely be returning!

Everything was great except for the fact that several lights needed new light bulbs and the one white couch that had to be used as a bed was broken. This was an issue because the listing claims to sleep 12 and there was only 10 of us (5 adults and 5 children) and 1 adult had to sleep on the broken couch.
