Breathtaking view from the balcony, basically a private pool (shared between the 4 apartments in the building). Gated yard, underground parking, easy access to Garda (by foot and car).

There was no salt / pepper or any other seasoning items in the apartment.

Stayed with family of 6 . The Apartment was perfect for us .Found everything really clean .Beds very comfortable.kitchen had minimal but adequate cooking equipment. Outside area had very comfortable seating and large table. Kids loved the pool. Grounds and pool very well maintained . Two minute walk to lake. Location overall was perfect as it was close to all amenities like Gardaland and Caneva Waterpark , Cola Thermal spa .Lazise and Pescheria only 10 mins drive . Parking available under apartments. Washing machine and dryer in garage . This property ticked all the boxes for us. We will definitely be back

The location was lovely with a fresh breeze when sitting on the patio. And directed access to the lake. A 5 min drive from all attractions. While still tracked away on a quite lane.

It looks really good, it was quite comfortable for 2 families. You have all possible facilities: garage, washer and dryer, great pool, barbeque, etc. Easy access to the lake.

Bright Apartment with a huge and lovely balcony

- modern, new building - lovely balcony - location - lovely garden and pool area - bright Apartment qith a good size We want to call cause he was very friendly and courteous: the gardener (we were in the garden in the garden with our Baby and he finished the place close to us first so we could use and he did everything very quit close by and aked several times if everything is ok)

- The furnishing in the kitchen might be better: We missed e.g. a scissor, a pan. - All in all the Apartment was clean, but the cleaning stuff does not clean things which seem to be clean or used from guests before. E.g. the front of the vanity unit, mirror bathroom, table kitchen, kitchen untensils. We travel a lot... And for the price these things should be okay.

The accomodation was very professionally equipped and built. Own garden with nice view. Lake is very close 2 minutes by foot. There was no season so the place was calm. Otherwise it can be very busy as Gardaland is around. Very nice cities to visit around: Lazise, Sirmione, Bardolino.

Only thing I would mention, that the walls are very thin, You can hear other persons in the bathroom, or in other rooms. But this is something You can bear during a hoiliday.

Ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt…werden sicher wiederkommen

Eine phantastische Lage, sehr ruhig mit allem ausgestattet was nötig ist. Mit den 2 Terrassen konnten wir in Sonne frühstücken und abends essen. Die Aussicht auf den See, einfach nur zum genießen.

Einfache Ausstattung aber alles was nötig ist.

So richtig zum entspannen! Terrasse mit Pool-u. Seeblick, mit Essplatz und Lounge Möbeln war super!

Die Matratze war zu hart, Im einem Bad gibt es leider keinen Haken und Ablage in der Dusche.

Neues Ferienhaus, ruhig und sehr schön gelegen. Alles da was man braucht, sehr schönes Haus, großer Pool, Garten, wunderbare Terasse. Alles sehr gepflegt, wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen!

Toller Ort zum Ausruhen.

Perfekte Lage. Tiefgarage eine Offenbarung. Schöner Garten und viele Möglichkeiten, sich draußen auszuruhen, es gibt eine Ecke zum Entspannen sowie ein bequemer Tisch zum Essen im Freien. Pool war sehr sauber.

Natürlich wusste ich bei der Buchung, dass der Checkout bereits um 10 Uhr ist, aber der Besitzer oder Mitarbeiter hat schon vor 10 Uhr überprüft, ob wir die Wohnung bereits verlassen hatten, wir haben nicht mal richtig die Türen zu gemacht und da ist er schon rein gegangen. Es was unhöflich und ärgerlich. Die Wohnung hatte keine Pfanne in der Ausstattung was es schwierig machte, einige Gerichte zuzubereiten. Teller und Gläser mussten vor dem Gebrauch gewaschen werden, weil sie nicht richtig gewaschen waren.

Wunderschöne Terrasse mit einmaligem Seeblick. Küche war mit allem ausgestattet. Ruhige Lage mit Vogelgezwitscher. Der Garten und Pool gepflegt.

Wir hatten einen super Urlaub und würden jederzeit wiederkommen es sind Kleinigkeiten. Im Schlafzimmer nur Verdunkelungs-Vorhänge, keine Rollos. Keine Ablage in unserer Dusche.

schönes Appartement mit schönem Pool und Liegen, aber ohne Sonnenschirme, nah am Gardasee,

Räume ausreichend groß, 2 Duschen und Toiletten, Pool

Sauberkeit ok, hat aber noch Potenzial der PKW Parkplatz für App D in der TG ist nur für kleinere Autos optimal geeignet eine Mikrowelle wäre gut keine Sonnenschirme am Pool Warmwasser erst nach einigen Minuten verfügbar

nel complesso è stato un buon soggiorno

la struttura è molto carina, un bel esterno con pergolato con poltrone e tavolo con sedie, un giardino molto curato e una bella piscina (che non abbiamo provato, visto che il clima era ancora troppo fresco), mentre l'interno era piuttosto grande, con la comodità di 2 bagni

Io e mio marito abbiamo dormito nel letto matrimoniale e non era troppo comodo, il materasso era un pò avvallato e morbido e sia io che lui si tendeva ad andare verso l'esterno del letto
