Great place to chill and relax

Absolutely immaculate apartment, everything was like new and very clean. Lots of space for 2 adults and 2 teenagers.

Grass in garden and pool area was long and untidy but did get cut on our last day.

Lovely lakeside apartment in great location

Modern apartment, beautiful views, great location and generally very quiet. Pool was large and pretty much empty the whole time we were there. Safe parking.

It’s not a three bedroom property as the attic room is not suitable for adults, and it is not private. Not possible to use the kitchen or living area whilst guests are asleep in attic room. Only one of the bikes were usable.

Generally I liked everything, however I felt underneath the beds could’ve been cleaned better as found quite a bit of dust, but that is probably just me.

A new and beautiful apartment with a swimming pool right by Garda lake

Great location, 5 mins walk from the lake (great quiet beach with shakes stand), about 20-30 mins walk from Peschiera center. 15-20 mins drive to Gardaland, Caneva waterpark, Sirmione and Desenzano. 30 mins drive to Verona. We were 5 people (3 children) in the ground floor and were concerned the sofa bed will not be comfortable enough for 2 kids, but it turned out to be just fine. Property is new, welcoming and lighted. Pool is new and beautiful, mild salty water. Although it is shared with a 9-10 apt complex, in practice we had it for ourselves or shared it with one more family at most. We considered much cheaper options, but the proximity to the lake and it being so new was probably worth it.

It is more funny than bothering - but writing it anyway: It felt like we were renting the apt to live there rather than as a few days vacation house: No soaps, coffee or sugar, not even for the first day. We had to go to the nearby supermarket to buy stuff the next day. No kids allowed at the pool between 1-3 PM, which is both understandable and fortunately fit our schedules, but again - not something you expect when you rent a house for vacation, and should have been explicitly mentioned in the house rules. Strict garbage disposable rules - we were fine with that and returned the apt tidy and clean, but again, the same approach that might not fit anyone.

Perfect Italian getaway

The property is was fantastic. The views off the pent house balcony were stunning. It was so peaceful to sit and look at lake Garda. Yulia was so helpful with any questions we had, and had the best recommendations for food and places to visit. It was a lovely 20 minute walk into the town with the best ice creams and restaurants. We were all very sad to leave.

Very nice apartment and Yulia was a very attentive host when we complained/ needed assistance. We had an issue with the power in the apartment after a power cut and she managed to get an electrician to sort on a Sunday evening which was very much appreciated

We were advised that early check in was possible however the day before we were told that it had to be cleaned so would not be available before advertised check in time.. Unfortunately when we arrived at the advertised time (4pm) the apartment was not clean. There were Spiders and cobwebs everywhere (and clearly had been there for some time) The blind in the bathroom was very dirty and had obviously not been opened/cleaned. The balconies, other than the main balcony, were similar. My daughter refused to sleep in her room on the first night due to the number of spiders. The host response was that "they live there" which is true but we cleaned our daughters room and none returned the rest of the week we stayed there. The host did come and clean the rest of the rooms when we complained and similarly the rest of the rooms remained spider clear for the duration of our holiday. Bottom line, the apartment was not cleaned properly for our arrival which was disappointing given the reviews about cleanliness. The pool is very nice but again lacked attention, too many days it was surrounded by bird droppings both in and around the pool. It was only cleaned once in the week that we were there sadly. There were also boards over the tiles on the entrance and there was a dead lizard there the whole week which shows the lack of attention. The pool showers didn't work nor did the foot pool on entrance. For a "luxury" penthouse apartment this was simply not good enough. The air conditioning is also completely inadequate for the apartment. There is one unit in the mezzanine but the two main bedrooms were way too warm. We were supplied with fans but the adverised underfloor cooling is non existent. When we arrived we were told to park on the street despite the advertised "private" parking.

We loved our stay at Sole Di Diana. The apartment was spacious for a holiday rental, well equipped, clean, with high quality fixtures and fittings. The pool was stunning, one of the best we've experienced on holiday, and the pool was quiet, so we often had it to ourselves. The terrace was large, and comfortable. Yulia was responsive and friendly, and provided lots of useful information. The location is great, a little out of town with a small number of local restaurants, but easy enough to access the lake or walk or drive into the main part of town.

We liked everything about it. No complaints at all. However, as expected for a self-catering apartment, we had to purchase some everyday basics such as toilet paper, tea towels, bin bags, hand soap, dishwasher tablets etc. Having a few of these small things provided would have been an added luxury.

Beautiful apartment with high standard of decor, fixtures and fittings. View from balcony of the penthouse apartment was lovely of the lake and mountains. Couple of minutes walk to the side of the lake. Pool lovely and wax always quiet when we went.

Location was a bit far out of town but we figured out bus stop around the corner which we used a few times as well as walking in to Pescheira.

Wonderful Stay!

This place was fantastic. So clean, tons of space, great view, amazing host. As many other reviewers have stated, Yulia was an incredible host. She gave the best recommendations, checked in to make sure things were running smoothly and made us feel completely at home.

The ONLY thing that was missing were toiletries for the bathrooms... we wish we had known there wouldn't be hand soap, shampoo or anything for the washing machine.

Absolutely new, comfortable apartments with good furniture and very good location! The view from the terrace was fantastic! The property has big new pool with salted water-the kids were excited! A lovely relaxing holiday!

A very attractive and modern apartment. We were extremely comfortable during our stay with many useful amenities; washing machine, dishwasher, and coffee machine. Large terrace with Lovely lake and pool view. Lift for the immobile very useful from the garage. Yulia is a very attentive host, nothing too much trouble. The photographs do not do it justice! We will return.

Heerlijke vakantieweek gehad!

Ruim appartement, wasmachine aanwezig, eigen zwembad. Dicht bij het meer. Schoon en opgemaakte bedden bij aankomst.

De afstand naar het centrum van Peschiera is wel groot, te voet ben je zeker 45 min onderweg. Wat helpt is dat het wel een mooie route is, langs het meer :)
