About this house rental
Vivenda Xavier is situated at the little fisherman village named Porto Formoso, (the marvellous port). Just about 3 minutes from the vivenda you'l find is the local beach Praia dos Moinhos. A very particular small beach with outstanding sanitary facilities. Not far away you may enjoy a good cup of tea at Chá de Porto Formoso. One of the two old family business in Europe involved in tea production. This, all fashioned with the little fisherman port and the local church from 1509, turns this little place into a unique spot in Europe. The inhabitants make their living today predominantly from agriculture, cattle breeding, and fishing.

This is a beautiful property. I couldn't ask for a better location: central on the island, and just a short walk to the beach. Luis has excellent communication and checked in with me multiple times during my stay to make sure I had everything I needed. And the unit is fully stocked with everything you could ever need
