Licht und Schatten

Das Appartement befindet sich im Erdgeschoss eines Gebäudekomplexes mit mehreren Eingängen. Ein sehr altes, Reet-gedecktes Kapitänshaus. Die Lage ist top, direkt am Waldrand (Achtung: Mückenalarm!), ca. 15 Gehminuten vom Strand entfernt, ebenfalls ca. 10 Minuten bis in's Zentrum von Prerow mit diversen Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Ein schöner Garten mit mehreren Sitzgelegenheiten steht zur Mitbenutzung zur Verfügung. Abends/Nachts ist es dort wundervoll ruhig.

Licht und Schatten liegen hier nahe beieinander. Man könnte optisch mehr aus diesem kleinen Appartement mit dem bunt zusammengewürfeltem Mobiliar machen, das offensichtlich einmal über einen langen Zeitraum nicht genutzt wurde und entsprechend in die Jahre gekommen wirkt An der Eingangstüre befinden sich noch kleine Efeureste, die es in den inneren Türbereich geschafft hatten... In der kleinen Küchenzeile hätte ich mich zumindest über eine Pfanne und einen Korkenzieher gefreut. Ich empfehle auch den Austausch der maroden Fliegengitter und mal eine echte Grundreinigung. Insgesamt aber habe ich mich dort wohl gefühlt, war mein eigener Herr und habe die gute Lage sehr geschätzt.
