The location of this unit is optimized on the 3rd floor and the north end of the building giving it great views of the coastline and beachfront.
It is a very spacious but older building and some internal differed maintenance issues, mostly cosmetic, but some functional (like a bedroom window that does not work properly.
The property is represented as a high end penthouse - we have traveled the world greatly - and have not experienced a place that did not allow the use of their air conditioning (or it did not work)!
So - this is a big issue for summer time as it is on the top story so it gets all the summer heat and sun - and it very HOT inside - while it is o the coast, and there are ocean breezes- a unit in this caliber MUST have a useful air conditioning!
Everything else was tolerable - and the host Karen was wonderful.
No air conditioning = no sleeping!

The place is away from the city centre, very ideal if the aim is to rest. The beach is a bonus when you have kids to entertain. The apartment itself offered everything we needed. We felt very safe as well.

I loved everything about the property we had such a wonderful stay.
The couch in one bedroom has some stains please try and wash it…I know this is not your fault but it makes one to be uncomfortable and also the blankets even if nobody uses them try and wash them just so they smell fresh Atleast you have a washing machine.
Otherwise it was 10/10…everything was lovely I will definitely book again 😁
