The Clocktower Lane apartment is welcoming, spacious and extremely comfortable. You will enjoy the warm, quiet and extremely private and stylish contemporary apartment. The newly renovated architecturally designed apartment boasts a large down stairs and living area and three large, private bedrooms upstairs. Our apartment is an ideal base to experience our city or the wider spaces of Canterbury or Banks Peninsula.
Enter this private apartment downstairs into the warm, spacious, light filled and welcoming living area with contemporary comfortable furniture. The kitchen is new with all new appliances.

There is a delightful, private and sunny outdoor space with seating to enjoy your morning coffee.

There are three quiet and private bedrooms upstairs. Two large bedrooms with inviting and enveloping queen beds and a third bedroom with a comfortable double bed. The double room has a dedicated workspace.

Also upstairs is the bathroom with the shower or soak in the luxury of a separate bath. There is a second toilet downstairs.

A luxury in the central city, is the garage for off street parking for one small car (not a large SUV) . Overnight parking on the street is free.

Clocktower Lane was designed by renowned architect Peter Beaven. This modern mews takes inspiration from London's metropolitan developments. The mews creates a miniature community inside one of Christchurch's thriving hotspots; the Victoria Street Precinct.

Everything that Christchurch city has to offer is within easy walking distance. The time taken to reach your chosen destination is only determined by the amount of time that you choose to visit many of Christchurch's premiere restaurants, cafes, bars or sights. The Victoria Street dining precinct with some of Christchurch's best restaurants is quite literally at the end of the lane.

The Art Gallery, Museum, Arts Centre, Isaac Theatre Royal, Christchuch Casino, New Regent street, Hagley Park and the Central City Shopping precinct are all a short stroll away. Walk the opposite direction or a short drive and you will arrive in exclusive Merivale with more shopping, restaurants and bars.

Getting Around

The choices are many and varied depending on your desire. Certainly walking is pleasant and convenient within the central city. Driving in Christchurch is easy and parking is readily available. There is a Nextbike metro share bicycle station over the road which are absolutely brilliant. The first 30 minutes is free. Or hire an electric bike dropped off to your door. Taxis are plentiful and the public bus from the airport to the city passes 1 minute away.

Christchurch airport is a very easy 20 minute drive from the apartment
