This is a beautiful apartment in a good area with places to eat nearby. ( The Dish is especially good). 1 bedroom and ensuite on the 1st floor and other 2 bedrooms on 2nd level also with ensuites. Kitchen is good and living area on ground floor. Really clean and fresh. Very secure within a gated compound. Garage for small car. Washing machine/dryer. 20 min walk into town centre.
Only some of the locked gates to the apartments can be used. I never found a pedestrian gate to enter the property?
The garage is small so even a medium size car was a tight squeeze. And if your car does not fit I don’t know how you manage as is short term paid parking on the street.

Location was great easy walk to CBD and an ensuite for every bedroom was nice
Parked in the carpark nearby as we had a large vehicle and not a lot of room to turn into garage

Location and cleanliness, full kitchen but not used.
Stairs would be a problem with any mobility issues

Close to the CBD, the botanical gardens, and some eateries just around the corner. Quiet and safe.
The parking is a bit small, and the exit gate is quite narrow as well. If you’re not used to driving a large car, you may find it a bit difficult. There is paid street parking around the building, so you might need to go a bit further to find free parking unless you don’t mind paying.Also, we were given the wrong address for check in which was inconvenient especially for first-time visitors to a foreign country after a long drive.
