Very well equipped, very nice newer living room furniture .
Bar directly across bedrooms , outrageously loud till 2 am using tables and chairs outside bar . Even with windows closed could not sleep until 2am. Mold inside bedroom closet, very slow shower drain . Owner was very responsive to tv not being able to mirror my phone for work. Tried to fix it but not being a smart tv he was unsuccessful. But he did do his very best regarding that issue.Not the case for mold issue. His response was more concerned about an unfavorable booking review like a previous one regarding mold. . He did not offer any suggestions. I bought mold remover but was very concerned Mold spores would spread so I couldn’t use it. had to sleep on living room couch for 3 weeks.

Great location 5 mins from the action but nice and quiet where it’s located.
Flat walk (no hills or steps) into town and to beach and back.
Lovely and clean, comfortable accommodation. Lovely balcony which gets the sun.
Little things like oil, salt, sugar in the kitchen and shower gel in shower. Also beech umbrellas for us to use.
Great communication with Paula and Vitor before and during the stay. Both were really friendly and helpful. We felt very well looked after.
Loved the beech and the night life.

Appliances all new and worked well
Water damage to kitchen cabinets.
Balcony furniture mouldy and unclean.
Bathroom ceiling with black mould.
My 70 year old sister’s bed collapsed in the middle of the night.
Booked the apartment for a month and expected a regular change of bedding and towels as well as cleaning. When I enquired about this the owner said we would have to pay an extra €110.00 per week for this service. There was no mention of this charge on the booking. Com website.
