About this apartment rental
This stylish and spacious 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom first floor apartment is the ultimate base for your holiday being just a few minutes walk from the beautiful beach and Carvoeiro town, with a wide range of bars and restaurants to suit any taste.
The apartment comfortably sleeps 4 adults and there is an additional fold up bed should it be required.
The accommodation in brief includes:
2 double bedrooms. The master bedroom, with en-suite, has a super-king bed, plenty of wardrobe space with views out onto the balcony, the pools and lovely landscape gardens. The second bedroom, over-looking the tennis courts, has a king-sized bed that can be made into two singles with a shower room opposite.
The lounge/dining room includes a sofa, chairs, coffee table and sideboard. There is a flat screen TV offering a range of European/UK channels including Sky Sports.
From the lounge, you have immediate access to a good size balcony with table and chairs plus sun loungers and views over the pools and town below.
The dining area has a table and five chairs and for the cooler winter evenings, a log burning fire - logs and kindling can be purchased from the complex Reception.
The kitchen is well equipped, with cooker and hob, washing machine, dishwasher, fridge freezer, microwave and all you should need to cater for your requirements.
Air conditioning units are in both bedrooms and the lounge.
Parking is available directly outside the apartment and there is an on-site Reception area, who are able to assist with any queries you may have including car rental, local places of interest and where you can collect and deposit your apartment key. The tennis courts can also be booked for a small fee via Reception.

NEW TOURIST TAX
As you may have seen on the news or in the press, Portugal has introduced a small Tourist Tax like some other European countries, which came into force in May 2024. It is collectable and payable by us directly to the Lagoa local council which encompasses Carvoeiro.
The fee for the tax applies throughout the year and is broken down into high and low season.
Low season between November 1st and March 31st - €1 per person per night
High season between April 1st and October 31st - €2 per person per night
The fee is capped at a maximum of 7 nights regardless of longer stays.
The fee is chargeable for any guest age 13 or above.
We will request the additional tax through the Vrbo website on or around the second payment. To calculate the correct fee, please let us know any guest aged 13 and above.

Superb spacious apartment which felt very private. Check in was simple and parking no problem. It is a ten mins stroll down the hill into the town which has a great choice of restaurants. Chris was a welcoming host and messaged all details needed for our arrival. Bedrooms are spacious and our bed was comfy. More than enough wardrobe and drawers in the bedrooms to hold everything. Excellent showers and enough towels plus towels which could be placed over the sun loungers and high back chairs on the terrace. The kitchen had everything we needed to make meals and a large fridge. We ate outside on the terrace for our meals which was lovely but also had delicious meals out and about. There are small pools throughout the complex and these were checked regularly by staff. The complex itself is well positioned, well maintained and has a nice feel about it. It is a pleasant stroll around the whole complex with exits to find your way into the town. We hired a car and travelled out to visit areas but there is a tourist train in town that also visits places close by. It was a simple drop box for returning the key at reception which was not open when we left. Chris checked in with us to ensure our stay was going well which was reassuring. We could not fault the accommodation or the complex and enjoyed our first visit to Portugal and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this apartment and the complex.

Just a few minutes walk down the hill to Carvoeiro's center, with restaurants, shops and the beach. Great pool (no one else was using it during our visit in late April). Took day trips to Lagoa, Lagos and Ayamonte, Spain. Excellent location with on-site friendly support.

Lovely spacious apartment. Well equipped. Comfy beds. Nice complex, enjoyed use of tennis courts & the pools. Great location, just a few minutes walk to restaurants, bars & the beach.We enjoyed walks to find more hidden gems such as the local bakery.
