We had a very pleasant 5-night stay at Villa Alimema. The villa is located in a quiet area on the hillside, away from the busy city center, which made it perfect for relaxing. The view is absolutely stunning, with a beautiful panorama over Sarandë and amazing sunsets every evening. The villa was spacious, clean, and very well equipped, including the kitchen. There is air conditioning in every bedroom, which was greatly appreciated during the summer. We also appreciated having two parking spaces available (one in front of the property and one inside the yard). We would definitely recommend coming by car, as it makes getting around much easier due to the location. The hosts were kind and accommodating. Communication in English was a bit challenging at times, but they were genuinely helpful and respectful.

The only small downside is that there isn’t an air conditioner in the living room, where there are also two sleeping places, so it can get quite warm there\. Communication in English was sometimes a little difficult, although we always managed to understand each other. During our stay, the hosts visited the property twice. On the first occasion, they came without prior notice, and we only noticed afterward that they had already entered the property. They first tried to have us lower the balcony awning ourselves, but when we couldn’t manage it, they came to do it\. On the second occasion, they did inform us in advance, as there was a storm approaching, they politely asked if they could come inside to move the balcony table and chairs and bring the clothes drying rack indoors to protect everything from the storm. While we appreciated their concern and good intentions, we would have preferred to receive a quick message before they arrived.

Villa bellissima , nuova , ben arredata pulitissima , siamo arrivati prima dell orario Previsto dal check in ma hanno provveduto a farci trovare l appartamento pronto in minor tempo possibile dato il poco preavviso .. l host cordialissimo , disponibile alle minime esigenze ! Ci hanno fatto trovare sale , olio , zucchero , detersivi e gel piatti … villa mozzafiato con una vista non da meno … molto molto consigliata !!ci tornerei volentieri . Posizione buona , un po’ in alto ma comunque vicino al centro in 20 min circa a piedi si arriva senza nessun problema

Assolutamente nulla tutto perfetto

La posizione permette di godere sicuramente di una visuale fantastica, La lavatrice non funzionava ma il proprietario ha risolto i problema immediatamente

La posizione di fatto molto scomoda rispetto al centro, solo per raggiungerla con l'auto diventa abbastanza complicato anche se il tratto da percorrere è breve (dalla strada principale circa 500 metri tutti in salita che si inerpica). Non si può raggiungere il mare a piedi a meno che non si voglia fare jogging (poi al ritorno c'è la salita però!) Ci sono 3 condizionatori nelle camere ma manca in sala e cucina (stesso locale) per cui è praticamente impossibile mangiare nei periodi di caldo (ho raggiunto temperature anche di 38 gradi). Il proprietario ha voluto il saldo in contanti, magari sarebbe stato utile saperlo in anticipo. Ci ha accolto il padre del proprietario che parla solo albanese, difficile il primo approccio. Nella cucina ci sono piatti, bicchieri, bollitore ma mancano pentole e padelle. Il bagno in camera non ha lo specchio e la doccia è impossibile da praticare perché si allagherebbe tutto. Rimane un solo bagno che in sette persone diventa una sfida. La posizione essendo isolata rimane di conseguenza molto esposta al sole e quindi si scalda parecchio
