The host - Timur and his family are friendly and caring.
The location is great - close to the central bus station and beaches.
There were some internet problems, the host fixed it fast, though it came back later again.
No AC in the room - this was not an issue during my stay, but not sure what would have happened if it were really hot outside.

Very friendly staff - and a well maintained facility.
Unlike other places in the Cholpon Ata area - this complex feels like a small family hotel, with large rooms. Good breakfast made to order. Spacious common area

Location is great, only 2 minutes walking from bus station (for buses to Bishkek, if you need to go to Karakol, station is about 20 min walking) and 10 min from beach. Room was very big and clean. Nice toilet, hot water all the time. Also I liked the breakfast and not expensive at all.
During the night room was a bit cold. It would be great if they can provide heater. There is not room service.
