Location was the winner. The property is a walking distance from the Old Square Market in a quiet neighbourhood.
The girls in the reception were very pleasant and accommodating.
The building opposite was ridiculously close, so we had to keep blinds closed all day- which was very depressing when the days are so short in December.
Also the double bed provided was tiny, mattress much too soft and very uncomfortable pillows.
