Majestic, custom-built 3-bedroom, 3 ½-bath waterfront home with incredible lake views. Very secluded wooded setting with all the toys - 3 big-screen TVs, pool table, poker table, bar, two levels of decks and balconies, 800 square foot fire pit area, indoor and outdoor surround sound, and more. Fully stocked gourmet kitchen, outdoor grill and 3 eating areas - inside at 12-person table or outside on the deck or in the gazebo. 3 bedrooms, including master with fireplace, oversized soaker tub. Hardwood and slate floors, granite counters, soaring ceilings, custom furniture. Sleeps 11 comfortably. The basement has a bunk bed (twin over twin with twin trundle) and a pullout full sized sofa sleeper for additional sleeping. There is a large parking pad to accommodate multiple vehicles. A great place to recharge and have fun with family or friends.
Master suite with queen bed on main level. Lower level has twin over twin bunk with trundle bed plus sleeper sofa. Upper level has two bedrooms with full beds. Full baths on all three levels. This property is on a bluff and does not have direct lake access. There is a boat ramp about 1/2 mile down the road at the end of the street. There is a 12x45’ concrete pad for easy boat (or additional car) parking at the top of the driveway.

This home and property was more amazing than the pictures! Everything was so clean! The view was magical! The deck is an architectural feat! It was everything we needed! The fire pit area was perfect for everyone to gather around! We all agreed that we will go back there! Thank you all so much for your quick responses as well!

Incredible house by Nolin Lake and Mammoth Cave! Extremely spacious, comfortable and you can’t beat the views. Alison and Brandon are excellent hosts. This is definitely where you want to stay if you plan to be in the area.

The house was very nice but dated. The views were great over the lake. Too bad there was not lake accessibility from the house..
There are a few points which did not meet my expectations.
I think that when charging such a high rate per night there should be firewood already in the house. We had to go and pick it up and pay. Then the fire started did not have any fluid and we had to use matches. Good thing that i had some because i could not find any in the house.
The master bathroom needs to be re- designed. The mirrors over the sink are too high and i had to stand on tip toes to see my full face.
The house carpets are a bit old and should be replaced with hard wood flooring.
The chairs around the card table were all extremely worn and peeling at the top. Again when charging such a high rate this is unacceptable.
The book left by the hosts was very helpful and apprecaited.
