The Space:
If you're looking for the perfect lake getaway, look no further! This brand new lake home has all the lake essentials. Lake access & views, with plenty of space inside and out for family, friends AND fur babies!
Inside the home you'll find 5 spacious bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms, a game room with shuffleboard and other games. Outside there's a large wrap around deck with outdoor furniture, a fire pit, charcoal grill, hot tub and access to the lake.

**We cannot 100% guarantee the hot tub will be available on any specific dates. There can be unforeseen maintenance or damage from a previous guest that requires us to temporarily close the hot tub. The hot tub being closed will not result in a qualifying cancellation/refund.
**If additional cleaning is needed after your stay, the additional cleaning charge will be forwarded & requested from you.
**This is a non-smoking property-any evidence of smoking at the property will result in an additional fee
Guest Access:
Access to the entire home. Specific instructions are given before check-in.
Please be mindful of the other PERMANENT residents who live in the subdivision and keep noise to a minimum after 10:00pm.
The Neighborhood:
One of Kentucky's best fishing lakes, known for its distinct blue/green water, with a diverse and landscape surrounding it, Nolin Lake is a nature lover's dream.
There are numerous activities around the lake. Visitors have opportunities for boating, swimming, kayaking, hiking and fishing. The lake is also located very close to Mammoth Cave National Park which offers extra recreational opportunities.
Nolin lake is a great spot for outdoor recreation, with activities available for every kind of person.
Getting Around:
Free parking available, 4 wheel drive suggested for vehicles.
Other Things to Note:
* No dock access. Docks are private property and renters are not allowed on the dock per the Army Core of Engineers at Nolin Lake.
* Guests can enjoy the lake via the public access entrance on the left at the bottom of the trailhead or nearby Wax Marina.
* Firewood for the fire pit is the guests responsibility. Please do not use neighboring properties' firewood.
* Paddleboards, fishing poles & a pack n play are available for rent once you arrive at the property.
* Security cameras on the premises for the protection of our guests, neighbors and property.
* This is a brand new neighborhood and the lake path is still under construction. We suggest wearing tennis shoes or other shoes with good traction to make your walk easier.
*In the case of inclement weather, such as heavy snowfall, it is recommended to arrive in a vehicle with 4-wheel drive.

The cabin was a wonderful cozy place to go to. It had everything that you need for a relaxed getaway.

The hot tub seemed to have bleach in it. It really had a strong smell but it was not chlorine or maybe it was a mixture. One bathing suit turned colors (bleached it out). There were things for little ones but one thing we would have liked to have was a gate to put across the bottom of the steps fir our one year old. but we managed. We would not have had to bring as much as we did because the house was so well stocked. The game room was wonderful. We had a three year old up to middle, high school, and college plus the adults and there were games we could all play with a great variety. We had so much fun in the game room. The one thing we really missed was access to the lake. That was disappointing. We knew it wasn’t on the lake but we were hopeful we could get there somehow. Overall our stay was great. Thank you.

Beautiful property with wonderful lake views. This property had everything you could ever think of and more. They had a small market with items such as tooth paste, smore’s kits, chargers, etc. Rooms were very spacious and the game room was a major bonus. It rained during our first day and we spent hours in the game room. Kitchen is well stocked and had everything you would find in your own home making cooking a breeze. Only negative during our stay is one of the bedrooms had dirty sheets from previous renters and we didn’t notice until it was time for bed. We alerted the owner who stated they wound let the cleaners know for future renters. Also, bugs is one of those things you would expect to see in a lake house but the windows facing the lake could use some picking up from time to time. We cleaned the dead mosquitos visible on the window ledge at the start of our stay. We also noticed the master bathroom was not cleaned. We saw visible pee marks on the floor. Luckily, homeowner had cleaning products available for use. Finding the property was an adventure but we were given clear instructions with pictures to help guide us. Follow the guide and you will not have any issues finding the house. Overall, this is a great property. Homeowner put a lot of thought into guest experience and ensuring you have everything you need. With the exception of the cleanliness, we would highly recommend and would stay again.
