Superb location, spacious villa and well furnished. It's bang on the seafront, which makes it more attractive.
Upper floor rooms need more ceiling insulation as they become hot during summers. Needs constant Aircon.

Overlooking the beach with direct beach access. The beds were good and the A/C OK.
The property is a tired 2 star house alongside a smelling klong, which brings unpleasant smells into the house at times, if the A/C is not on. It is overpriced for what it offers. The furniture (apart from the beds) both inside and outside is uncomfortable. The kitchen and everything in it needs replacing/upgrading for the price point being asked. The fridge is too small to house drinks and food. The cleaning was good (except for a bit of bathroom mould and a few ant issues).
