About this villa rental
Located in a gated community in the Angthong Hills this exclusive and private 5-bedroom Villa with breathtaking views of Bang Por beach, sea and Koh Phangan. The Villa is spacious, very nicely furnished and decorated to provide the ultimate in comfortable and casual living. Ideal for families or a group of friends. If you are looking for a tranquil setting with an unsurpassed view and cooling breeze, look no further.
The Master Bedroom located on the upper level and comprises king bed and large en-suite bathroom with outdoor jacuzzi bath
There are 2 primary bedrooms at the lower level with en-suite bathrooms, both have king size beds
The 4th bedroom is located on the upper level and is fitted with queen size bed. This bedroom has a 1/2 bath adjacent. However there is an extra full bath downstairs they can be used for that bedroom.
The 5th bedroom is located on the lower level and is fitted with 2 single beds. A 3/4 bathroom is adjacent to the bedroom.
Until recently, we built the electricity costs into the nightly rate. However, we found that air con units would be left on all day, even when the villa was unoccupied. So as an eco-friendly approach, we have reduced the nightly rates, and allowing you to pay for only the electricity that you use. The electricity meter is read on check in and check out and charged at B7.5 per unit plus 7% vat. Average daily consumption based on 10 people sharing, would equate to B100 per person per day.
