About this house rental
In the beautiful Marina di San Gregorio, in an elegant complex a few steps from the bay, there are two new and modern apartments. Ca 'Luci is on the ground floor and externally has a comfortable, finely furnished patio. Inside there is a comfortable and bright living room, furnished with taste and design. There is a comfortable sofa with flat screen TV and air conditioning, a brand new fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher. The sleeping area consists of two bedrooms: one double bedroom (air conditioned) with a lovely private patio, also furnished with an outdoor shower and washing machine and a second bedroom with two single beds. Finally there is the bathroom complete with services with shower.
Wi-Fi available throughout the house. Parking is outside the residence, your pass is at your disposal.
The apartment is located just a few steps from the sea and restaurants, tobacconists and markets. The bay renowned for its spectacular sunsets is easily accessible on foot, furthermore the large square, delightfully renovated, becomes a meeting point for many teenagers, boys/girls and children where you can spend pleasant summer evenings enjoying the suggestive surrounding panorama. It should be noted that the entrance to the sea in the bay has been made more accessible thanks to the comfortable wooden platform that allows access. Here you can also rent umbrellas and sun loungers. About 700 meters away is the beautiful beach of Felloniche.
