In the beautiful Marina di San Gregorio, inside the elegant GregoryBay complex, a few steps from the bay there are two new and modern apartments.
Villetta Gregoriana is on the first floor and has a comfortable terrace with a beautiful sea view, well equipped for eating outdoors. Inside there is a comfortable and bright living room, always with a sea view, furnished with taste and design; here there is a comfortable sofa with flat screen TV, air conditioning and Wi-Fi. There is a beautiful modern and fully equipped kitchen also with dishwasher. This area of the house is very bright also thanks to the large porthole window from which you can look at the sea. The sleeping area has two bedrooms, one double with air conditioning with a private balcony where there is a washing machine and a second bedroom with two single beds. Finally there is the beautiful bathroom complete with amenities with shower box.
The apartment is located just a few steps from the sea and restaurants, tobacconists and markets. The bay renowned for its spectacular sunsets is easily accessible on foot, furthermore the large square, delightfully renovated, becomes a meeting point for many teenagers, boys/girls and children where you can spend pleasant summer evenings enjoying the suggestive surrounding panorama. It should be noted that the entrance to the sea in the bay has been made more accessible thanks to the comfortable wooden platform that allows access. Here you can also rent umbrellas and sun loungers. About 700 meters away is the beautiful beach of Felloniche. In five/ten minutes on foot, you can also reach the beautiful beach of Marina di Felloniche.
