About this villa rental
Our vacation villa is nestled up against a conservation area with mature trees which provides for PRIVACY when relaxing on the lounge chairs by the HEATED POOL(optional). Just get lost in the sound of the wind in the trees and the birds singing. Enjoy the beautiful sunsets over the GOLF COURSE viewed from the front of the house. This home is 1660 square feet and has a screened in patio/pool area and a 2 CAR GARAGE. KITCHEN has everything you need. There is a master bedroom with a KING SIZE BED and it's own bathroom; second bedroom with a FULL SIZE BED; and a third bedroom with 2 TWIN BEDS. There is another full bathroom. All bedrooms and living room have VERIZON FIOS. Other amenities include DVD/VCR, STEREO, video, books, Wi Fi INTERNET, TELEPHONE, WASHER/DRYER, iron, ironing board, hairdryers, towels, crib, high chair, toys for pool. This home is perfect for seniors, families, business travelers, golfers, snowbirds, etc. It's the perfect place to enjoy your Florida vacation.

The house was a good size, and fairly clean. The host was in contact with me the day before arriving with details to get into the home. I do have some complaints. The thermostat was set at 75 while inside a lock box, you couldn't adjust the temperature, it was sometimes uncomfortable to sleep in the house even with the box fans provided. The pool was cold the entire time and didn't feel like it was heated, while it came in handy from being hot inside the home, I would have liked it to be a bit warmer. I had to buy trash bags and toilet paper because I couldn't find anymore within the home. TVs were not updated, and the one in the master bedroom never had a channel to watch, they were older TVs. All the blankets and pillows that were in the beds had to be folded and put up in a closet, which I thought was odd that they wouldn't have what could be used already laid out. This house would have gotten 5 stars all across if not for these issues. Nothing against the host, but if these issues are updated, I would highly recommend this to another family.
