Completely redone, this beautiful, 3 bedroom, 2 full bath home includes a large kitchen with amenities, vaulted living room ceiling, and an open floor plan. Guests have access to wireless connectivity, 3 TVs with HD channels, DVD, and free phone access domestically. Stroll outside and enjoy the large heated pool under a completely screened patio. Only minutes away from Disney in a quiet, gated community with a large recreation center including two community pools, a spa, horseshoes, and shuffleboard. A few hundred yards from your front door, find a boat ramp, BBQ pits, and pier. NO PETS / NO SMOKING.

Beds were comfy pool was great and the price was just what we were looking for! Only a couple of things we wish were better. 1) Only 2 partial rolls of toilet paper 1 in each bathroom so we ran out day 2, a spare would have been nice. 2) The shampoo is TINY so bring/buy your own, but there are blow dryers. 3) There was no dish soap, but there was a couple dishwasher tablets. 4) No laundry soap which surprised me because you are requested to start a load of laundry when you check out so I figured there would be at least enough for a load. Be prepared to buy these items first thing. Other than that our stay was great and they kindly accommodated an early check in which was amazing after a long red eye flight. Would 100% stay here again.

We rented this property mainly because my child had competition cheer at the ESPN and we wanted something close and reasonable in price but it was so peaceful, my grandkids enjoyed the pool so much, the beds were comfortable, the house was clean and it was convenient to shopping and restaurants. We enjoyed it so much we extended our stay. My two biggest issues were The couches, they are extremely uncomfortable and there should be two keys cards to enter the property for guests with two vehicles. Other than that it was a fantastic stay and I will probably stay again in the future.

I was irritated that the booking said check-out was 11AM then after corresponding with property management, I was told it was 10 AM. The house was older but it was clean. The drive-way is very small, so I’m glad that I had a small rental car. Landscaping could have been cleaned up better. It was horrible getting in and out of the development because it was off of a busy highway.
