We really enjoyed our stay. The sea was absolutely beautiful — very clean, warm, and perfect for swimming and relaxing. The hotel grounds were lovely, with beautiful nature all around, which made the atmosphere very pleasant and peaceful. The room was quite clean and comfortable, and the food was tasty.

On the downside, the air conditioning was not powerful enough to cool the room properly during such hot weather. In some places, the hotel is starting to show its age and could use some renovation. The food was good, but the choice was somewhat limited.

Breakfast buffet was great. Rooms are very comfortable and suited us, a family of 4 very well. Loved the use and variety of the sports facilites.

1. Kids pool Lifeguard - We were 6 families all with kids..slight complaint would be ensuring that the kids pool has a lifeguard or someone on watch during the open hours to ensure less chaos and more control on the slides. 2. Lunch and dinner buffet - quality not as good as breakfast. 3. access to the sea - maybe you could try and make access to the sea a bit easier. there was a very slippery party to access the sea; not easy for families with kids.

Spacious hotel/resort grounds which hardly ever give a feeling its very busy (despite being peak season). Nice pools with enough chairs for all. Food was great at the grill and pizza place. Children loved the place.

Due to many guests being on all inclusive plans the restaurants are always busy and have to be booked. We were not on all inclusive but to me you should alsways be able to eat in a la carte restaurants without booking two days ahead. Not considered the buffet restaurant for dinner as I prefer sit down and be served. One of the two rooms had virtually no windows, this is due to the design (keep the heat out) but nevertheless didnt give a great feeling.

It was clean, most stuff very polite, great location.

Bar staff not as attentive, breakfast would run out of food, the sunbathing platform did not seem to be very secure. The hotel is tired and it’s very expensive for that it offers. It can be improved hugely
