Renovated cottage, open concept in the Laurentians, with access to the Lake of three mountains and a private dock, 15 minutes from Mont-Tremblant. Perfect place for summer sports: cycling, running, swimming, hiking, climbing, canoe / kayak at the “rivière rouge”, nearby mountain bike trails. Winter sport: downhill ski, cross-country skiing, snowshoes, skating, snowmobile & ATV (trail nearby). Great environment for training of the Ironman Mont-Tremblant.
Two bedrooms on ground floor and a third on the 2e floor. Two bathrooms, shower on the main floor and whirlpool bath on the 2e floor. All furnished and equipped, including furniture of rooms with basic bedding, furniture of living room & dining room, kitchen equipment, stove, fridge, dishwasher, microwave, washer & dryer, DVD player & a 40 in. led TV, propane barbecue and outdoor fireplace. Cellular booster installed, excellent cellular signal.

We loved it! You can’t swim or hang out on the dock. but if you have a boat you would be fine.You are allowed to dock your boat. It is inly 15 min to mount tremblant ! Deer came into the yard.
We loved the front porch. The fireplace is nice and your supplied wood! If you like looking at the stars you will be amazed! Mont tremblant has much to offer, and the scenery is amazing.
