About this apartment rental
Beautiful Southpoint oceanfront condo unit 310 in a secure building within beach walking distance of oceanside North Turn restaurant, less than 3 miles to Ponce Inlet Lighthouse, and close to Daytona Beach international airport. Our fully equipped condo includes a heated pool, king size bed in the master bedroom, two full beds in the guest bedroom, and a washer/dryer in the unit. The kitchen includes stainless steel appliances, wine glasses, and a blender. There's a television in each room along with free high-speed internet access.

Ken’s unit had the best-stocked kitchen we’ve ever experienced when booking a vacation condo. The beach chairs were a plus, and the location ideal no vehicles on the beach!

Beautiful view of the ocean and comfortable chairs to sit and enjoy the view. A bonus is that it is stocked with beach chairs, canopy, toys for kids, etc

The condo was well stocked with kitchen, bathroom, cleaning, and beach items. The location was great. Clean beach that was great for swimming. The fireworks on the 4th of July were an added bonus! We watched them from our condo’s deck. My son also enjoyed the guitar!We were very close to Daytona for shopping, restaurants, and entertainment. The Ponce Inlet Lighthouse was a nice was to spend an afternoon!

We stayed June 2019. Location is great and beach perfect. Away from busy commercialism but close to many activities. Many great restaurants nearby.
Pool location not great but good for a quick dip. Pool hairs need replaced. Beach is better. Property was okay. Nothing fancy, had most of what you need. Could use a few updates - blinds, beds, but overall had the basics. Bring your own beach towels but other beach gear provided.
I’d recommend it!
