Perfect sized beach retreat located on the no-drive section of Ponce Inlet Beach. This 2-bedroom, 2-bath sleeps 5 comfortably. It is a corner condo with a master bedroom that not only sports a side view up the beach to Daytona Proper, but also provides a wall-to-wall window view of the ocean directly from your king-size bed! This condo is on the 5th floor and sits high enough in the building to provide an unimpeded perspective, yet is low enough to enjoy the calming sounds of the waves breaking as you drift off to sleep. Wood-look tile flooring throughout, washer/dryer, updated bathrooms and furniture for a cozy coastal retreat.
Located just a few miles south of the main Daytona Beach, the idyllic Ponce Inlet location provides a natural, quiet escape from the frenetic pace of crowds, yet it is a stone's throw from many attractions and activities should you choose to join the fray. This 885 sq. ft. little gem is a great getaway, bright and beachy, and is situated with a great view of the Ponce lighthouse jetty. It is only a 3-minute walk down the beach to the famous "North Turn" restaurant & mini museum, where you can relax with a drink at the bar, listen to local live music, or play a pick-up game of sand volleyball on the no-drive, turtle sanctuary beach.
Or, if you are a homebody, grab a cup of coffee/K-cup and walk out on your condo's private balcony in the early morning to catch the sun rise over the water before heading down to the main floor with your book to relax in a breezy Adirondack chair. In the afternoon, walk up the beach to spy some sea life and people activities, and circle back to take a refreshing swim in the condo pool, where you can catch some rays while lounging on a chaise. End your day prepping a simple meal and toasting to your peace and relaxation -- you have everything you need to eat in, relax, and watch TV from the bedrooms or the main living area. We had a wonderful week at Vance & Wendy’s unit at Southpoint!! The condo was well stocked and had everything we needed. We loved the view from the livingroom and also from the master bedroom. We are already looking forward to staying in their condo next year! Wendy was very responsive to any questions we had during the booking process and also during our stay. She was a pleasure to deal with.

Property was as advertised. We had no problems during our stay. Host, Wendy, was responsive to messages. Condo is very well stocked and decorated. Furniture is all in great condition and comfy. Would stay again in the future!

Everything about this condo was ABOVE AND BEYOND expectations!!!! I wish i could give 10 stars but only 5 were optional. Haha loved it!! The amenities were exceptional! Didnt need anything except our luggage and food/drink! I will absolutely be booking again!
