Balinese Seno Villa & Guesthouse

Friendly staff, spacious room, great AC, nice pool area, comfortable bed, good value for money. The lovely workers cleaned our room every few days which was so nice for fresh towels and garbage change! Bit out of town so scooter is necessary unless you want to walk 20-45 minutes to the main strip. They don't rent them but just a few min walk away is a rental place. You're also closer to the main street inland in the centre of Ulu which was good for cheaper restaurants and cafes. Wifi was great too (best out of all the places we've stayed on our trip, actually), as they have multiple routers which was handy for doing work. No breakfast included, but lots of options in town.

Nothing really! Bathroom is a little basic and smelled some days, but that's common across Indonesia so we didn't mind.

The property is not far from the more busier areas in Uluwatu, and is exactly what you want if you are looking for somewhere relaxing and quiet. The staff are amazing, so friendly and went above and beyond. I spent my birthday here and they greeted me at my door with a croissant and sang happy birthday - it made my day as we are travelling and been away from home for 5-6 weeks. They have two adorable dogs who live at the property, and if you like puppies - there are 4 or 5 down the lane next to the property!
