The property was very spacious and nice place to relax after a long day at the beach
The biggest concern is the address given was MUCH closer to the beach than it was. It ended up being a short grab drive away, but was definitely disappointed when we arrived.

Friendly staff, spacious room, great AC, nice pool area, comfortable bed, good value for money. The lovely workers cleaned our room every few days which was so nice for fresh towels and garbage change! Bit out of town so scooter is necessary unless you want to walk 20-45 minutes to the main strip. They don't rent them but just a few min walk away is a rental place. You're also closer to the main street inland in the centre of Ulu which was good for cheaper restaurants and cafes. Wifi was great too (best out of all the places we've stayed on our trip, actually), as they have multiple routers which was handy for doing work. No breakfast included, but lots of options in town.
Nothing really! Bathroom is a little basic and smelled some days, but that's common across Indonesia so we didn't mind.
