A security deposit / booking fee of 2000: - will be paid within 30 days
before arrival.
Which is refunded after the approved check-out (not at Cancellation).

We had the pleasure of staying in this wonderful vacation rental and we have nothing but positive things to say! The accommodation itself was just amazing – it offered a great view that put a smile on my face every morning. Everything was clean and tidy, which made my stay very pleasant.
I would like to highlight the excellent service of the host. In case of minor problems, they reacted immediately and everything was solved immediately. It's really comforting to know that you have support in such moments.
Overall, our stay was just great! We highly recommend this place !

We had a wonderful time in this beautiful, lovingly maintained, and well-furnished accommodation - we lacked nothing. The host was warm, helpful, and easily reachable, making our stay even more enjoyable. The experience exceeded our expectations, and we are grateful for the fantastic vacation we had here. We had an amazing stay at Casa Julio! We had good contact with the owners the whole time we stayed there. We enjoyed the beautiful view from the pool. It’s a lovely and quiet neighbourhood with a lot of privacy.
