About this house rental
Holiday cottage with whirlpool and sauna, 2 bathrooms, 3 bedrooms, mezzanine, kitchen, large living room with wood-burning stove and direct access to a large terrace with heaters. The house has all the furniture and fixtures that you expect in a well-functioning home. For children there is a travel cot, high chair and sandpit. There is underfloor heating in both the living room and kitchen. The house is located on a 915 m² plot with lawn and trees in a quiet area approx. 150 m from a child-friendly beach. During the summer you can buy your groceries and have dinner approx. 500 m from the house. Free admittance to the water park in Lemvig.A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. The security deposit ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services or consumption charges.This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken.The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.This deposit simply acts as a prepayment for charges that you would anyways pay for, ensuring a seamless stay and check-out experience.
