About this house rental
Well-located and well-maintained summer house (partially renovated in 2020), with room for several families, a 2-person hot tub and a 4-person sauna, located only about 100 meters from the roaring North Sea. The house has an energy-efficient heat pump (air/air), which reduces energy consumption. The cottage is bright and inviting and is practically furnished with a combined kitchen/family room/living room. The kitchen/family room features a ceramic stove, range hood, refrigerator/freezer, microwave, coffee maker, and dishwasher. The living room has modern furniture, free high-speed internet, a large flat-screen TV with both Danish and German TV channels, and Chromecast, which allows you to stream your own TV services. There is a wood-burning stove for cool summer evenings or rainy autumn evenings. Bright bathroom with a 2-person spa bath, bathing area, shower, toilet, and combined washer/dryer. There is also a sauna for 4 people. Guest bathroom with bath, shower, and toilet. There are 4 bedrooms, including 2 rooms with double beds, 1 room with 2 single beds, and 1 room with bunk beds for 2 people. In addition, there is a loft with 1 extra bed. The house is suitable for 6 adults and 3 children. The house offers several open terraces with comfortable garden furniture, sun loungers, and a charcoal grill, where you can enjoy dinner while watching the sun set over the area. A house that must be experienced, suitable for all seasons. Not available for rent to youth groups or groups of tradespeople.A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. The security deposit ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services or consumption charges.This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken.The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.This deposit simply acts as a prepayment for charges that you would anyways pay for, ensuring a seamless stay and check-out experience.
