About this house rental
This is a charming holiday home, completely renovated to the highest standards in 2012. It is environmentally friendly and suitable for renters with allergies. The beach is only three kilometres away and there is a boat included, docked in Bergkvara, five kilometres from the house. Inside of the house you will find a spacious kitchen and a big dining table. The large bathrroom is top-notch, containing a shower and laundry facilities. The comfortable living room features a sofa suite and an extra bed. A winding staircase will lead you up to the second floor with it's open plan layout,.There are two bedrooms, one containing a double bed, the other two single beds. The balcony is large enough for two. The house is heated by an air-to-air pump. The house comes with a lovely, 3500 square metre garden, plenty of space for the children to play! This holiday home is the perfect base for those who wish to make daytrips. To the south you will find Karlskrona's breathtaking archipelago with boats waiting to take you out to the lovely islands. To the north you will find the charming town of Kalmar from which you can cross the bridge over to Öland. Welcome to this lovely holiday home!
