Ich war gemeinsam mit meiner Frau für 10 Tage auf diesem wunderbaren Hausboot zu Gast. Die Lage des Objektes, die Ausstattung und Sauberkeit sind hervorragend. Der Kontakt zum Vermieter Tim war absolut unkompliziert. Tim legt großen Wert darauf, dass sich seine Gäste wohl fühlen und ist ein sehr netter und zuvorkommender Vermieter.
Wir haben die Nähe zu so schönen Städten wie Utrecht oder Amsterdam und dem Meer genossen. Und ganz wunderbar war es, nach solchen Tagesausflügen die Ruhe und Schönheit des Hausbootes zu genießen. Wir können das Hausboot von Tim absolut weiterempfehlen und waren ganz bestimmt nicht zum letzten Mal da.

Un très bel endroit , très reposant avec une belle vue sur le lac sans oublier la visite régulière des cygnes et des canards...
Tim, très sympathique est venu nous accueillir, a transporté nos bagages en bateau et nous a fait faire un petit tour de lac avec explications.
Une location à recommander sans hésitations

Wir hatten schöne 2 Wochen,allerdings würden wir nicht nochmal herkommen,da einige Dinge uns nicht so gut gefallen haben.Dies ist vielleicht Geschmacksache,aber einige wird es bestimmt interessieren. Der Vermieter wohnt direkt nebenan und war fast täglich am Hausboot bei uns um was zu holen und wir haben uns deswegen nie wirklich zu Hause und kontrolliert gefühlt. Zu erwähnen ist auch das am Badezimmer zu einem Schlafzimmer keine Tür ist und man vom Bett aus direkten Blick auf die Toilette hat. Das konnte man Stand heute leider nicht aus der Beschreibung entnehmen. Genauso stand es nicht in der Beschreibung das man vorm Haus nicht angeln darf.Der Vermieter sagte uns es würde dort stehen,aber dann hätten wir das Hausboot nicht gebucht. Das haben wir es dort erfahren,was für uns als Angler natürlich nicht schön war,obwohl es in unserem Vispas angegeben ist das wir dort angeln dürfen. Im Hausboot selbst waren noch viele persönliche Dinge wie Anziehsachen vom Vermieter eingeräumt,das war auch nicht förderlich für das zu Hause Gefühl. Ein Schlafzimmer war das Jugendzimmer des Sohnes,mein Mann und ich mussten in einem Bett mit Ausziehfunktion schlafen,welches bei jeder Bewegung gequietscht hat und für meinen Mann viel zu kurz war. Alles in allem war es etwas abgewohnt,die Gewürze leer oder abgelaufen. Von den Nachbarn haben wir uns nicht willkommen und beobachtet gefühlt.
Die Lage generell ist gut wenn man ein Boot hat. Wir durften die Boards und Kajaks benutzen,es gab einen schönen Garten und eine schöne Laube. Generell wusste man aber nicht genau was man benutzen durfte und was nicht,da noch viele Sachen wie zum Beispiel Fahrräder im Schuppen standen. Die durfte man aber nicht benutzen. Wenn man einen Hausboot sucht wo der Vermieter jederzeit zur Stelle ist und einem die Umgebung zeigt ist man hier richtig,ansonsten eher nicht
